Ticket Status Guide
Each ticket goes through a lifecycle. Here is what each status means:
- Open — Newly submitted, awaiting Distributor CRM Back End review.
- In Progress — Approved and actively being worked on by the assigned dealer or distributor.
- On Hold — Awaiting additional information or parts.
- Resolved — Action has been taken and solution provided. Awaiting customer confirmation.
- Closed — Concern fully resolved and closed.
