Ticket Status Guide

Each ticket goes through a lifecycle. Here is what each status means:

  • Open — Newly submitted, awaiting Distributor CRM Back End review.
  • In Progress — Approved and actively being worked on by the assigned dealer or distributor.
  • On Hold — Awaiting additional information or parts.
  • Resolved — Action has been taken and solution provided. Awaiting customer confirmation.
  • Closed — Concern fully resolved and closed.
