Submitting a Concern or Inquiry
Dealers and distributor CRM staff can submit concerns through the portal.
- Log in using your assigned credentials.
- Click New Ticket from the dashboard.
- Select the appropriate ticket type: Sales Concern, After-Sales Concern, or Inquiry.
- Fill in the vehicle details including VIN and current mileage.
- Describe the concern clearly and attach supporting documents or photos.
- Submit. The Distributor CRM Back End will review and approve before routing to the dealer.
