How to Submit a Chevrolet Concern

Submitting a Concern or Inquiry

Dealers and distributor CRM staff can submit concerns through the portal.

  1. Log in using your assigned credentials.
  2. Click New Ticket from the dashboard.
  3. Select the appropriate ticket type: Sales Concern, After-Sales Concern, or Inquiry.
  4. Fill in the vehicle details including VIN and current mileage.
  5. Describe the concern clearly and attach supporting documents or photos.
  6. Submit. The Distributor CRM Back End will review and approve before routing to the dealer.
